Looking for 1 housemate to fill a 4 bedroom house, 1st July 2026 - 30th June 2027

[Edited 19/11/25, 09:20] Hi, a group of three (male) PhD students are looking for one new housemate for the 2026/27 academic year to replace a person who will be moving out. The house is 328b Burgess Road, SO16 3BJ, which is a few house up from the McDonald's at the bottom of the road. It is a handy 20 minute walk from Highfield campus, with plenty of grocery shops nearby. A bedroom with a single bed at roughly £410 per month (ex. bills) is currently available. [This ad previously mentioned two rooms being available, but one of those rooms has now been taken]. The house has a toilet downstairs and a bathroom upstairs, and we keep the house pretty tidy in general. I have been living here for the last year and a half, and can give you a tour if you are interested.
