Looking for 1 more housemate to share a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Highfield. ; - 5 minutes walk to Hartley Library - 10 minutes walk to Sainsbury's Portswood - Attic for storage - Study room; Rent is £575 per month per person (£132/week), starting July 1st 2026 to June 30th 2027 excluding deposits and bills. Videos of the house provided on request. We're MechEng students (dudes) who are returning from a placement year. We cook a lot and are social within our circles. We're looking for calm, respectful, and communicative people. We aim to keep the house neat by getting everyone to regularly clean (weekly).
