House in Bevois - Near Aldi and Lidl, 142 per week (including bills)

We are currently looking for one lucky person to join us (2 girls, 3 boys) to live with us for the year 26/27. Our ages range from 19-21 and all but one of us is doing engineering. We are all part of the same friend group and have known each other for a while. As mentioned in the title, the rent is 142 per person per week, the deposit is 300 and the house is covered by British Gas for repairs.
