Spare Room in Portswood

I'm leaving Southampton University to change course and so no longer need the room. The tenancy is for the 2025-2026 academic year. The house is at 62 Shakespeare avenue SO17 2GY and has 6 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge, kitchen and garden. They're all first year going into second year boys and are all very friendly. Rent is £117 a week including bills. let me know :)
