Looking for two housemates on Burgess Road (RIGHT NEXT to the University!!), £460pm

We are three Y2 students (1 girl, 2 boys) who already have a house and are looking for two friendly people to join our house for next year! We live on Burgess Road, directly opposite the north of the university (Costa). We could literally not be closer to the uni :) The two people moving in would both have bedrooms on the bottom floor and share 1 bathroom (with bath and shower). (there is another bathroom upstairs) We have a washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, VERY nice sofas and a TV in our living room, and dining room table. Our landlord/agency is very nice and responds quickly to our requests :). Rent is £460pm not including bills. Please get in contact if interested!!
