One housemate needed for 2026/27, Bevois Alley, Portswood [£142 PPPW, Bills included!]

Hi there, I'm looking for another roommate for a house which currently consists of 3 boys and 2 girls doing various degrees. I've already lived here for a year so I'm familiar with the house and the landlord, both of which are really good. The landlord mostly leaves us alone but is very quick to solve issues for us, even on weekends. The deposit is £300 and the utility company we use is UniHomes.
