Looking For Two House Mates For Next Year (Current 2nd Year Mech Students)

We're looking for two housemates for next year. We are trying to make a house of six, we current have four people (three boys, one girl) and we are all second year engineering students. We would prefer someone who's +/- one year of our age (19-22 would be good) but we aren't picky about gender nor the course you do or anything. The rent is going to be 142 pounds per person, per week with bills included. We have two rooms available, a bigger and a smaller which we will give on a first come - first serve basis. The landlord is really chill as well and hardly visits (unless something is broken). Deposit is 300.
