Looking for Two new tenants - Portswood, near Aldi and Lidl

Hi there, We are looking for two new tenants to join us for the next academic year. The house currently consists of 3 boys and 1 girl (all engineering students). We have one larger room and one smaller room on offer, both at a set rent of 142 per person per week including bills. We are all very friendly, and are landlord is very relaxed and quick to get involved when something goes wrong. I've already lived in the house for a year, so I know there are no outstanding maintenance issues. Please reach out if you're interested!
