Finding the right housemates can have a big effect on your university experience. SUSU’s Housemate Finder is here to help you meet other people who are also looking for a house, or to find people to fill your spare rooms.
Before getting started, consider:
- Is signing a contract to rent a house, most likely for 12 months, the best choice for you in the current circumstances? If you would like some advice in this area, please contact the Advice Centre on advice@susu.org

I try to eat healthily, and I almost always cook my own food, making a big batch that lasts several days. In my free time I like to do outdoor activities such as hiking, running and cycling. Tesco is just a 1 minute walk away, Winchester train station is around 2 minutes away, and the bus station is about a 12-15 minute walk away. My location is also very close to the University of Winchester. It is around a 20 minute walk, 5 minutes by car and 8-10 minutes by bus. The rent is £138 per week, with all the bills included, such as electricity, water and other utilities. The room is also fully furnished with a double bed and private en-suite bathroom.
