1 tenant needed!!

Currently a house of 4 but looking for replacement tenant as our friend left uni. So now it’s 2 girls 1 boy, currently 2nd year going to 3rd, tenancy starts 1/07/26 rent 550 bills: 114 through unihomes but open for sorting it out ourselves. We like going out but also staying in. Very close to campus around 10 minute walk, 2 spaced drive, on road parking, very good travel links. PLEASE enquire
