4 bed student house looking for 1 housemate!

Hi, we are a super friendly all-girls group located on Portswood Road (15-minute walk to Highfield Campus). We are looking for 1 person to join our tenancy. Tenancy runs from 1 July 2026 to 25 June 2027. The house is shared with 3 other students (all girls) and includes a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. This is a furnished room located on the first floor of a 4-bedroom student house. Rent is approximately £577 per month, including bills per person.
